Company description

Swisscontact (www.swisscontact.org), the Swiss non-profit organisation
engaged in co-operation for private sector development, will implement the
Regional Tourism Development Program - WISATA Phase II as part of the
Indonesian Swiss Development Cooperation. The program aims at increasing
competitiveness of selected tourism destination in order to create income
and job opportunities for the local population in the tourism sector.


Open Position

Swisscontact is looking for enthusiastic and independent professionals to
support the project office in Bali in the following field of expertise:

General requirements:

- Indonesian national

- Team player with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational
skills, good network, strong interpersonal skill, pro-active, assertiveness

- At least 5 years experience in the same position

- Good command of written and spoken English, excellent computer skills
(MS office)

- Bachelor degree in IT (those lacking the stated educational
requirements but having an excellent track record are encouraged to apply);

- Excellent work ethic, self-starter and flexibility in schedule,
willingness to work in remote areas

Information Technology (IT) Officer

Main task:

. Responsible for the new media like website development and maintenance as
well as newsletter development and maintenance, including:

. Website <http://www.florestourism.com> www.florestourism.com
and WISATA II new destinations in Tj. Putting, Toraja and Wakatobi

. Newsletter

. Responsible to build up and consult a suitable and sustainable IT system
for the Destination Management Organizations for all target destinations.

. Responsible for the IT support for the Swisscontact Wisata II project
including online MIS and reporting system

Special requirements:

The Incumbent shall be familiar with :

Database Programming

. Microsoft Visual Foxpro, Visual C# .NET, MS Access

. ASP.NET, PHP, HTML, Javascript, JQuery, CSS

. Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL Server, PHPMyAdmin, MS Access

Website / CMS: Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress

Operating System

. Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 2008 SBS (Active Directory/Domain
Controller)

. Windows 2008 Server Login Script

. Apple MAC

. Microsoft Office

Hardware/Software/Networking

. Troubleshoot Hardware/Software/Network

. Mikrotik

. IT Infrastructure/LAN/WAN/WLAN/
TCP IP

. Firewall

. File server access level security
