UCPRUK is seeking an officer
with strong commitment, active, and strong disability perspective to oversight
a Family Support Group Projects implemented in East Java and Central Java
Province. This is a dynamic position that requires a candidate with project
management and facilitation skill and develops strategy for a community base
activity. This is a full time position and will be based in Yogyakarta. The
ideal candidate will join UCPRUK with a minimum of 3 years of relevant
experience in an NGO or INGO setting.
Job
Responsibilities
·
Oversee and manage project implementation,
activities and Family Support Group project
·
Assist the US base Program Manager in reviewing
and developing material for group’s training
·
Develop project work plan and responsible for
project budget plan and reporting
·
Work closely with data base team, therapist team
and manage local facilitators in the respective areas
·
Create monthly and quarterly report and submit
to Deputy Director
Requirements
- 3 + years NGO/INGO work experience in program and staffing management
- Relevant education background with a minimum of a Bachelors Degree
- Preferred experience handling project and works for disability issues
- Excellent organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, work independently, while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbally and in writing with staff, local and foreign experts and government officials
- Ability to communicate in local language (Javanese language)
- Proficient command of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
